Order Processing, Shipping and Delivery
When placing an order shipping costs will be automatically calculated after you fill your delivery address.
We make every attempt to ship within 1-2 business days, but please be aware that in some cases it might take longer. Once the order is shipped you will be informed on you email about the change of your status. The time of delivery is determined by the shipping method.
Please be sure a valid email, phone number, and shipping address is provided so that we can contact you in case there is difficulty finding your address or making a delivery.
Orders shipped by either DHL or UPS are trackable by logging into your account. If you can´t access your tracking link in your profile, or the status on your tracking info is not changing for few days, don´t hesitate to contact us. If the package gets lost or any unusual problem arises, be sure you don´t wait more than 20 days - we will assist you in solving your issue.
