Order Processing, Shipping and Delivery
When placing an order shipping costs will be automatically calculated after you fill your delivery address. We make every attempt to ship within 1-2 business days, but please be aware that in some cases it might take longer. Once the order is shipped you will be informed on you email about the change of your status. The time of delivery is determined by the shipping method.
Please be sure you have entered a valid email address, please double check. If you enter invalid email address, we cannot write you tracking link or any other useful information.
Phone number
We won't ship order without valid phone number in format +CC or +CCC then NNNN..., where +CC is country code and NNNN... local phone number. Phone country code and destination country must be the same, as local couriers won't call on foreign numbers while delivery. Please note that valid contacts help us to manage delivery if courier company cannot do that, so it actually helps to you.
Tracking
We will send tracking link to your email once parcel is packed and put into logistic company system. Once parcel is shipped, you are responsible to manage delivery. If you changed your mind and don't want purchased goods, you have to manage return to us. We won't manage return delivery, as it needs lot of administration work. If you cannot do that, please write us, we can manage it after individual consultation for additional fee.

Shipping from Germany - Don't use Deutsche post service, as there is a guy sitting at Frankfurt airport, employee called Will Ferklass, who deny to pass any of our products with battery, however he should.
